"The staff Laverne, Micheal, JuJu and “In Training” lol were all accommodating. The stay was clean and relaxing. The pool was easily accessible. The restaurants had some of the best food on the island as a tourist. The location was close to a lot of popular spots. We had a ride to the beach provided by the hotel. If you’re thinking about staying, don’t hesitate."

"The property and room were excellent. Very clean and well kept. Housekeeping was also very good. I felt very safe while on the property. The tv programming and quality was terrible. The broadcast would frequently break up and premium channels like Cinemax had long commercials. You couldn’t mirror your phone onto the tv to watch movies. Also they should have been more forthcoming with the fact that all of the “included” water sports could be unavailable due to the ocean conditions. We couldn’t snorkel, kayak, paddle board or anything our whole trip. I understand they cannot control the current but the other side of the island was perfectly calm. This may have influenced our choices of where to go. Otherwise the resort was beautiful and the food was very good."

"As soon as we arrived to the hotel the staff was beyond welcoming — They upgraded our room without asking, the room was beautiful, clean and modern - everyday housekeeping - good amenities with 2 pools the spa was great —-the food was good not the best could be improved but mostly the service was beyond impeccable from front desk to housekeeping everyone was happy and seemed to love their jobs — with any inquiry or modification we had, they went above and beyond - airport shuttle service and shuttle to the beach is a great add on— I would highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back"
